Very pleased with overall experience with Ferguson Roofing. After receiving 5 quotes from different companies, Vance offered the fairest quote for services requested, and a Gold Pledge warranty. Irene was great with planning the project and coming out for roof color selection. Often overlooked, but having a responsive and thoughtful office manager was very much appreciated when making such a large investment. The crew came out for two full days of work 7am-8pm. Never tore down anything they didn’t replace helped calm nerves of having any leaks from unexpected rain overnight. After work was complete, Ashton and Vance both came back to the house a few times to ensure project was completed fully and grounds were clean and if we had any questions. Irene completed our billing and promptly filed and provided warranty from GAF.
